About the Role

Montro is on a mission to redefine how organizations manage SaaS and AI-powered software environments. As our Customer Success & Onboarding Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner guiding customers from day one—ensuring they realize value quickly and consistently.
You’ll own the post-sale experience, leading onboarding, training, and ongoing success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and customer advocacy. You’ll also be a key voice feeding back insights to shape product, support, and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation experience
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in IT, Finance, and Procurement teams
  • Create tailored enablement plans aligned with customer goals and Montro’s value pillars (cost control, compliance, sustainability)
  • Monitor product usage and proactively identify adoption risks or growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to champion customer feedback
  • Develop and scale support documentation, training sessions, and playbooks
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on upsell, case studies, and renewal strategies
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management at a SaaS company
  • Proven success in onboarding mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Experience working with technical products (SaaS integrations, dashboards, or IT tooling)
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, or customer analytics platforms
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS procurement, license management, or ESG-focused software

You’ll own the product lifecycle—from discovery to deprecation—and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customers to deliver outcomes that reflect our vision for autonomous, policy-driven software management.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver elegant, scalable SaaS management experiences

About the Role

Montro is building the intelligence layer for SaaS management—and you're invited to help shape it. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work on products that give organizations deep visibility, policy-aligned control, and the ability to scale toward autonomous decision-making.
You’ll play a key role in designing systems that integrate with dozens of third-party SaaS tools, generate actionable insights, and support real-time governance workflows across IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for SaaS integrations, policy engines, and analytics
  • Build intuitive, performant frontend components for dashboards, workflows, and insights
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to turn requirements into elegant engineering solutions
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that supports rapid iteration
  • Own end-to-end features—from design decisions through deployment and monitoring
  • Contribute to system reliability, observability, and performance improvements
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience building full-stack or backend-heavy SaaS applications
  • Expertise in modern development frameworks (e.g. Node.js, TypeScript, Python, React)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
  • Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, and webhook systems
  • Understanding of security, data privacy, and access control at the application level
  • Bonus: Experience with usage analytics, cost modeling, or AI workflow orchestration
