Troubleshooting Tips

If you encounter any issues during the integration process, here are a few tips to resolve them:

  1. IAM Role Permission Errors: Ensure that the IAM role has the correct policies attached, such as billing read access and resource usage reporting. You may need to reconfigure the role to add missing permissions.
  2. Data Sync Issues: If AWS data is not syncing correctly, verify that the correct AWS account ID and IAM role ARN have been entered. Also, check if there are any delays in the AWS API service.
  3. Missing Resource Data: If specific AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3) do not appear, confirm that these services are included in your permissions and integration settings. Ensure you have authorized all relevant regions.
  4. Billing Delays: AWS billing data is updated periodically. Allow some time for the latest billing information to reflect on the Montro dashboard.
